Ferrycot is one of 4 cottages by the water’s edge in East Portlemouth next to the ferry steps. It’s an iconic spot instantly recognisable to anybody who has spent time in Salcombe.  Beautiful, sandy beaches are accessible directly from the terrace. It is the perfect place for a holiday of swimming, walking, sailing or not doing very much at all.

Accomodation is perfectly suited to having a relaxing holiday, with space for up to 9 people.

Ferrycot and its neighbour, The Port, were once joined as a single property and have been in the same family for most of the past 100 years. As the owners of Ferrycot, we manage the rental business ourselves with no agencies or middlemen.  We use Pebbles of Salcombe to maintain Ferrycot and handle any issues during your stay.
